Peace and Love in 2009

I’ve decided to choose love this year, seek it out in all situations. I’ve decided to drop the suitcase that I’ve continued to drag around with me, containing all the things that hold me back from choosing love time and again, off at a coat check. I’ve decided to see how I do without it. Pretty sure I’ll find some peace, and some seriously true love, and maybe even lose my ticket in the meantime, but we’ll see. I’ve decided to actively pursue self-actualization, and love seems to be the most apparent way of getting there. I continue to find that when you let it, the true humanity in every situation blows away everything else. Until all that you’re left with is love. So really, this is the most obvious choice. What else is there to choose? Other than that old suitcase, with its circular paths and temporary comforts, never failing to lead you further away from love every time you choose it.
