Last three weekends of cooking

I've been so busy this month! Not a ton of time to cook and even less time to write and link to recipes. Yay summer!! Sorry, back to food. I made yummy burgers from this month's Food and Wine and definitely recommend them. The recipe points out that sausage is already well seasoned, so removing it from the casing and forming patties for burgers was quick and effective. And by effective I mean delicious.
I also made vegetable biryani which is an Indian dish, but I wasn't crazy in love with it. The best part was packing in all the fresh vegetables - pretty and nutritious!

Lastly, over the long weekend I made a brunch of chicken hash and yummy pancakes, but I don't have links to the recipes. The pancake recipe might inspire a pancake-off with my dad, his are tough to beat but I think mine are healthier, which means my mom should be the only judge..!
