via. I keep reading about how to achieve happiness, especially now that it's cold and gray everyday, and I like this note because it indicates personal responsibility. Everyone always seems to be reaching for "happiness", as it exists in their own experience, and I think it can come in many forms, with the individual very often dictating when it decides to show up.
