Beans, Beans

I'm on track to break records in bean recipe execution - at some point I must have challenged myself to test the limits of bean variations. Seems endless, but along the way (last weekend) I discovered this guy from Cooking Books. I like the blend of black and pinto, nice compliments, along with the new Mexican chili's. And I used my immersion blender, kitchen gadgets!

I also recommend Clean Food by Terry Walters for more beans, and am highly intrigued by black bean brownies from 101Cookbooks.
