I had to post about
these babies because they were insanely simple and surprisingly good. My red onion was rotten when I cut into it, so I used shallots instead and two cloves of garlic. Because I cooked my beans yesterday this literally took twenty minutes to make, and the rosemary/garlic/shallot mixture smelled up my whole apartment with deliciousness. If you're in need of a lite, easy, vegetarian supper, look no further!
