Weekend Cooking

Today I made two Dana Treat recipes, and these chickpeas were the highlight. Basically a warm salad, with cilantro, fennel and cumin seeds, crushed red pepper, and yogurt dressing. Lots of flava.
I also made this cauliflower and zucchini dish that I wish I was more psyched about. The long ingredient list sounded so promising, but somehow mine isn't tasting like much, and I'm not sure why. I added red beans for a little more protein, and it's good, just not the fist pumping dinner I anticipated..
